AIR TREATMENT
A refrigerated compressed air dryer is a cost effective way to dry air and avoid condensate problems in majority of compressed air applications. This method of drying is popular as it ensures compressed air drying for a quite stable Pressure Dew Points of +3 °C. cycling, non cycling, or phase change material are available from range of our dryers equipped with accurate dew point control, excellent dew point performance, smart maintenance and environmentally friendly refrigerants.

Heatless Regenerative Air Dryer are the simplest way to provide clean, dry compressed air. They are able to dry air to a pressure dew point of ?40 °C. Heatless dryers use purge air to regenerate while the other tower is drying. it switches between the two desiccant chambers and cycles the system through the drying and regeneration cycles. With very few moving parts, heatless desiccant dryers are extremely reliable, require little maintenance over life time and generally have a small footprint. This purge air accounts for approximately 15% of the processed air.

Heated Desiccant Dryers provide more consistent dew point than heatless desiccant dryers and lower dew points than refrigerated dryers. The compact heated regenerative air dryer deliver reliable drying performance down to a pressure dew point of ?40 °C. Instead of injecting processed purge air into the regeneration tower, heated dryers pre-heat the purge air before it is used for regeneration. In a heated desiccant dryer, typically 10-12% of process air is used for purge as opposed to the 15% or more used in heatless. Heating the regenerating purge air also extends the dryer cycle time to several hours, preventing dewpoint spikes.

The Blower Purge desicant dryer is ideal for outdoor piping and operations applications that require an extremely low dew point down to -20°C, -40°C or -73°C . By combining the proven benefits of desiccant drying with the most advanced design, it offers a reliable system to clean and compressed air for the most critical applications. It also offers reduce energy consumption for your compressor via reducing or eliminating the compressed air loss. Desiccant dryers adsorb moisture from the compressed air as the air passes through the desiccant. The dryers regenerate the desiccant using a blower to pass ambient air through a low watt density heater (heated air can absorb more moisture). The dual tower design allows for continuous adsorption of moisture by alternating the adsorbing and regenerating towers.

System operators and maintenance personnel go to great lengths to keep air compressors clean and operating at peak efficiency, however, the environment the compressor is operating in, is often neglected. Once the air leaves the compressor, it is important to have superior downstream filters in place to ensure that the air going out to its application is as clean as it can be. we offer range of downstream filters with highest quality filtration in the industry for air contaminant (oil, water, dust) removal.
