The CSMS certification confirms that our management systems, operational procedures, and workforce competency meet the stringent safety and compliance standards required by PLN Indonesia Power. Beyond regulatory compliance, this recognition strengthens our position as a trusted, reliable, and safety-driven partner for power generation, EPC, and industrial projects where operational discipline and risk management are paramount. Earlier this October, the team at PT. Petrotec Air Power came together for an unforgettable three-day outbound event in the scenic city of Bandung. From October 9th to 11th, employees from 13 branches from all over Indonesia gathered with a shared purpose: to strengthen our professional bonds, foster collaboration, and celebrate our collective achievements. This annual gathering is a testament to our commitment to nurturing a unified and motivated team, recognizing that our greatest asset is our people.

The journey started with experiencing the modern Whoosh high-speed train. Upon arrival in Soreang, the team's palpable energy turned to laughter as they participated in a series of fun games.

The first evening was dedicated to foster creativity and camaraderie. Petrotec Air Power Got Talent show was the night's highlight. The show provided a fantastic platform for each Strategic Business Units (SBU) to introduce themselves via their creativity. It was a wonderful display of diverse skills, vibrant personalities, and collaborative effort that make up Petrotec’s overall teams. Our top management acted as the judges, provided feedback and setting a positive and collaborative tone for days to follow.

The second day was all about adventure and appreciation. The team headed to Curug Tilu Ecopark for a series of engaging team-building activities. Surrounded by nature, these challenges were designed to enhance communication, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fun and dynamic environment.

The 2^nd day culminated with a grand gala dinner, where we had. A heartfelt awards ceremony to honour employees with over a decade of dedicated service. A special prize was also awarded to the best team from the day's activities as well as exciting distribution of door prizes.

As the event concluded on the final day, the team departed not just with souvenirs from Bandung, but with renewed energy and a stronger sense of unity. The 2025 outbound was more than just a corporate trip, it was an investment in our company culture and a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we work together. The bonds forged and the memories created will undoubtedly translate into a more collaborative and dynamic workplace. Upon completing start up for the air compressor package, Petrotec Air Power’s team joined our client for a wefie in front of this 1905 historic steam machine of Suiker Fabriek (SF) Modjo’s.

SF Modjo was established in 1883 and started its first milling process in 1885. Looking back, Indonesia’s sugar industry started in the 17th Century and reached its peak in early 1930s with 178 sugar factories in operation producing approximately 2.5 million tons in 1931. Indonesia was once ranked 2nd biggest cane sugar exporting country, before becoming a net importer of sugar in the 1960 due to vibrant and steady population and thus consumption growth.

Sugar is a versatile ingredient and has many functional properties to food products and industries. As flavor and color balancer, preservative, texturiser or tenderiser. Being able to support this industry is also marking our contribution to Indonesia's target to achieve self-sufficiency in sugar for consumption and industry.

As we step into 2025, Petrotec Air Power prepares ourselves with much energy, self-reflect, and much enthusiasm for improvement.

In our two-day opening year national branch meeting, the sales teams enjoyed in meeting up with peers all over Indonesia and be part of the interactive consultative skills workshop carried by a professional trainer.
The top two teams received special goodie bags from the trainer at the end of the session.

Meanwhile, our service supervisors also had a good time-sharing valuable experiences with each other, which allows for greater knowledge in real service application and got a hands-on practice to understand and improve their soft skills as trainer to other team members.

During the time, management also had the chance to appreciate and pass a symbolic token of appreciation to our long-term service employees, a change in our company policy to promote engagement and loyalty of our employees

We understand that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) are pertinent in building a sustainable growth and innovation spirit. Attending the “Supply Chain Day 2023” event, we commit to ensure our compliance to PLN GCG.

Internal audit programs are critical for monitoring and assuring business assets have been properly safeguarded. The programs’ objectives are to verify that business processes have been conducted as per documented policies and procedures, and that these processes are adequate in mitigating risks.

As part of ISO compliance requirement, Petrotec Air Power have selected employees from different departments, who were cross trained to perform the internal audit programs. The teams are to provide an independent and unbiased review, risk mitigation, and recommendations, which adds value to our organization.

Knowledge and skills are areas which we aim to keep investing and growing for a sustainable business operation. Training sessions are pertinent to sharpen our working methods and ensuring that we can apply the most effective and efficient approach to problem solving as well as any corrective action required in the service world.

We sent our team this time to Singapore on the Hitachi UX Inkjet training. They gained not only knowledge but also extensive hands-on technical training and beneficial discussions on real cases. Having completed assessment tests at the end of training is another satisfaction to our team evident to a comprehensive understanding.  Apart from the training sessions, team had also time to enjoy and strolled along the busy yet convenient Singapore from the famous Merlin Fountain, Marina Bay down to the classic China town and Little India.

This year is our first time joining the Hitachi Coding and Marking Distributors and Sales meeting. Everyone were as excited to be in Bali as the anticipation for the new launched UX2 printers.

Our team have been rewarded at this Vendor appreciation event of our long-term customer, Gunung Raja Paksi (GRP). The event was held at GRP’s premises in Bekasi and attended by Mr. Tony Taniwan as the President Commissioner. The event was aimed to improve synergies and growth between companies.

GRP specializes in normalizing furnace, shot blasting and Painting, as well as galvanizing plant for steel products with their range of products such as plate, guard rail, bridge deck, wire rod, wires and rods.

In 2021, meanwhile continuing with all the necessary protocols for Covid-19, Petrotec Air Power will focus to create a better way to operate and communicate via investment in technology in order to reach and provide better service to our customers all over Indonesia.

Many said 2021 is a beginning of the end. With the availability of Covid-19 vaccines, the optimism is there for industries to recover and grow. Forward and positive thinking will also help us to aim higher and becoming better.

It’s another time of the year whereby the frontliners of Petrotec Air Power meet with the other colleagues of the Group. This year National branch meeting was packed with product trainings aimed to equip our sales team with a better understanding on the new products offered or available to our customers in 2020.

This year spicing things up, we added a-45 minute quiz time consisting of knowledge test across the board, a refreshing mean to measure own knowledge about the Group, the company, the products and the inter-related things pertinent to sales and service world. The team was very much focused into completing the quiz and we rewarded our top 3 score. We hope to bring in a better and more in-depth role specific assessment in the future as part of our commitment to continually develop.

We are taking our special year logo and welcoming new members to our big family, Beko products and Hitachi InkJet printers. Our theme this year reflects our commitment to support the industry growth in Indonesia.

The 30th manufacturing exhibition presents various products that adopts information technology and communication such as Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Mobility Virtual, Augmented Reality and Big data, that supports and strengthen the manufacturing ecosystem in the industry 4.0

Making sure our customers understand and are well informed and how to correctly operate and maintain the compressor we supply is one of our after sales responsibilities. This time training session was conducted for the Ash Handling team at Indonesia Power, Suralaya plant. The training was attended by around 25 people and cover operation and maintenance procedures, features differences in their new LS25S-250HHWC unit, as well as drilling down on the working philosophy for the variable capacity control and spiral valve. The training was concluded with a fun quiz session and we awarded the top three participants for their interest, focus, and enthusiasm. Both our trainers and the trainees gain valuable insights from the session. This in long term will enable us to serve our customer better.

This year we have the opportunity to participate in the FoodTech and IFMAC exhibitions and becoming the air supplier for both events.

FoodTech International exhibition brings a comprehensive range of products, equipment, and technologies innovation for Indonesia’s food manufacturing and supply industry. Focusing on the production, processing, packaging and supply chain needs for the food business, FoodTech International allows both local and foreign market players to gain knowledge of the materials and processes used to make new and better-quality food.

Meanwhile, it’s the 8^th edition year for IFMAC exhibition in Indonesia. For the 2019 show, IFMAC was supported by Deutsche Messe and stresses on the competitively-priced technological offering and solutions tailored to suit manufacturers whose product outputs are driven by buoyant domestic and export demands. IFMAC also connects local players to market leaders to undergo transformations in their processes, operational systems, and approach to quality upgrading with serious international investors.

Congratulations to PT Solo Manufaktur Kreasi (Esemka) for its official factory opening on 6th September 2019, marking an important milestone for the local carmaker. The ceremony was attended by the Republic of Indonesia President, Mr. Joko Widodo and several ministers in his cabinets.
Located at at Boyolali, Central Java, the IDR 600 billion investment Esemka factory covers range of facilities in the 11-hectare land with capacity of production is up to 12.000 units per year. During its opening ceremony, Esemka launched its two new vehicles types a light pick-up vehicle named BIMA and a Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) named Garuda-1.

Training session is back on demand. This time we had the opportunity to conduct one training session in Batam island. The two days training session was attended by our customers in Batam such as Mc Dermott Indonesia, Caterpillar Indonesia, Asia Cocoa Indonesia and many more.
The training provides our end users with a better understanding on compressed air system operation and be comfortable in conducting light trouble shooting practice. The session also offers our participants good time for direct discussions and practical training on managing technical issue they experience on site. The customers were so grateful and happy for the training and looking forward for more sessions held in the future covering different material around compressed air systems.

The team was proud to attend the annual Sullair Southeast Asia Conference in Bangkok. The meeting was themed “Gathering of Great Minds” and was also the first opportunity for the new Sullair Asia General Manager to meet the Southeast Asia partners. There were both old and new faces met during the session and it was packed with information sharing between members, round table discussions, and anticipation of the upcoming developments from Sullair R&D centre in USA. At the end of the session, Petrotec Air Power was awarded for its achievement of the year.

Knowledge update is an essential ingredient to our ongoing commitment for service excellence. Our service champion went on another 3 days training session at Sullair Suzhou factory this April. The training session covers in-depth aspects and hands on practical training on oil free series, scrolls and inverter.

Our Product Support team had a very ‘nutritious’ five day training at CanGas factory in Beijing, China. Regular updates and training were essential part of our commitment to provide excellent service to our customers. Our team expanded their horizons in terms of CanGas technology updates and their application via various technical discussions and hands-on practical training. It was fun and refreshing sessions everyday concluded with nutritious dinner for the team too. Big smiles from the product support team!

Petrotec Air Power values the importance of customer having the right knowledge when it comes to purchasing and maintaining the Sullair compressed air systems as one of most important equipment at the plant. The training session this time was at PT. Krakatau Steel, Direct Reduction Plant (DRP), Cilegon.
It was busy yet very informative sessions over the two days period with around 50 participants or trainee attending from five different divisions including operation, maintenance, mechanicals, AEI (Automation, Electrical & Instrumentation) and Material Handling. The session covered basic compressed air concepts including product family range, mechanical and electrical component functions, installation, operations, energy saving identification, and common troubleshooting steps.
We focused on getting all trainees onto the same level of understanding, knowledge, and perception in order to improve effectiveness of communication between divisions responsible for the running of compressed air system at the plant. Implemented routine and periodic maintenance program is an important key to energy saving realisation. It was a fruitful session for both trainers and trainees with positive feedbacks received from the participants. Till next time.

This year is a special year for Petrotec Air Power, marking the 25^th years of operation and service to industries in Indonesia. Together with our Group employees we embarked on an exciting Gathering and Anniversary Gala Dinner trip to Bali, the Paradise Island of Indonesia.
Our Gathering theme this year is Positive Thinking and Can Do Attitude, emphasizing on the importance of effective communication and teamwork to achieve success and sustainable operation.
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibilities and supporting Wonderful Indonesia tourism, we also participated in the conservation of Indonesian Coral Reef through our team building activities. The Anniversary Gala Dinner represents the finale and the highlight of the trip. A time to celebrate the milestones, a time to appreciate, and a time to get ourselves ready for the next challenges and journey to the future. Petrotec Air Power team had the honor to be invited and attend CanGas 20th years anniversary celebration held in Beijing, China. It was a great celebration to be part of and one that marks another beginning of more of milestones to achieve. We presented CanGas with a token of acknowledgment, a speech that highlights years of co-operation, and best wishes for the future successes. During our visit, we also had the chance to learn more on China’s culture and history by climbing up the mighty Great Wall of China with the CanGas team.

Our service team attended Sullair's annual service training held in their Suzhou factory as part of our commitment in keeping ourselves abreast with Sullair's latest product line and the essential technical expertise required to perform the excellent aftermarket service relating to the products. The training session covers small, medium to larger Oil Free machines, vacuum pumps, energy saving technology, control systems and automation, and the most up to date devices and tools aimed for predictive maintenance purpose. We invest in the continuous improvement on our years of experience to yield an excellent services to our customer for life.

This year Petrotec Air Power is proudly supporting ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceuticals Engineering) Indonesia Annual conference. The theme for this year conference was Beyond Compliance - protecting patients, support innovation. The seminar main topics evolve around serialization and how infrastructure and support innovation in digital era is important to meet the pharmaceuticals industry and was a good insight to get closer to our customers by understanding their business requirements hence impact to their production line.

This is the biggest and the most influential event in the textile and garment industry of South East-Asia.
