Getting Prepared for 2025

As we step into 2025, Petrotec Air Power prepares ourselves with much energy, self-reflect, and much enthusiasm for improvement.

In our two-day opening year national branch meeting, the sales teams enjoyed in meeting up with peers all over Indonesia and be part of the interactive consultative skills workshop carried by a professional trainer.
The top two teams received special goodie bags from the trainer at the end of the session.

Meanwhile, our service supervisors also had a good time-sharing valuable experiences with each other, which allows for greater knowledge in real service application and got a hands-on practice to understand and improve their soft skills as trainer to other team members.

During the time, management also had the chance to appreciate and pass a symbolic token of appreciation to our long-term service employees, a change in our company policy to promote engagement and loyalty of our employees

HGAP Suzhou 30th years anniversary

Petrotec Air Power is invited to join Sullair HGAP Suzhou 30th years anniversary this year. We are honored to be one of Sullair’s Long term Loyal Partner and received the award alongside our peers. Loyalty is the strongest glue that makes relationship last for a lifetime.  It’s a reflection of commitment, trust, and integrity which are fundamental for growth and sustainability.

Sullair Hitachi Distributor Conference – Shanghai

We are excited to attend the first Sullair Hitachi Distributor Conference Meeting after the pandemic period. Petrotec was able to meet and greet the other “families” of Sullair and Hitachi all over South East Asia Region.

The highlight of the event was the Dinner and Award session. It is our honor to have consecutively received the Top Sales Performance award for Sullair in South East Asia Region 2021 to 2023. Congratulations to the extended team of Petrotec Air Power!

As we come to our 30 years partnership with Sullair, this achievement has also spoken about our commitment and values to all of our stakeholders.

Success starts from Oneself

To begin 2024, Petrotec Air Power managerial team received a special training on how to become an effective leader and build a super team. A session led by a well-known and practical business coach, Mr. Yohannes G Pauly was indeed an inspiring way of viewing things in life. The main take away from the session: Our leaderships will change when we change our lives, it all starts with one self.

Measure to Manage, Right Process for Right Output

Internal audit programs are critical for monitoring and assuring business assets have been properly safeguarded. The programs’ objectives are to verify that business processes have been conducted as per documented policies and procedures, and that these processes are adequate in mitigating risks.

As part of ISO compliance requirement, Petrotec Air Power have selected employees from different departments, who were cross trained to perform the internal audit programs. The teams are to provide an independent and unbiased review, risk mitigation, and recommendations, which adds value to our organization.

Time to Travel – Singapore

Knowledge and skills are areas which we aim to keep investing and growing for a sustainable business operation. Training sessions are pertinent to sharpen our working methods and ensuring that we can apply the most effective and efficient approach to problem solving as well as any corrective action required in the service world.

We sent our team this time to Singapore on the Hitachi UX Inkjet training. They gained not only knowledge but also extensive hands-on technical training and beneficial discussions on real cases. Having completed assessment tests at the end of training is another satisfaction to our team evident to a comprehensive understanding.  Apart from the training sessions, team had also time to enjoy and strolled along the busy yet convenient Singapore from the famous Merlin Fountain, Marina Bay down to the classic China town and Little India.

Welcome to Bali – Hitachi 10th Coding and Marking Distributor Meeting

This year is our first time joining the Hitachi Coding and Marking Distributors and Sales meeting. Everyone were as excited to be in Bali as the anticipation for the new launched UX2 printers.

In the beginning….

We are thankful for year 2022 and welcoming 2023 with much enthusiasm and positivity.

Opening up this year, Petrotec Air Power are fueling ourselves with a two-day national branch meeting and training held in Jakarta.

Inviting a well-known speaker Mr. James Gwee, our people are practically learning about effective teamwork, right mindset and disciplines in a fun and interactive session
